"This is not a legitimate company. My flight got cancelled and I had to re-buy it for $364 more. From them. Yep. They said airline policy. I asked them to call the airline. The agent yelled "WE DO NOT GO BEYOND THE AIRLINE POLICY!" Huh?"

I contacted Italian airline they told.me.the reservation was cancelled and they never got the money from you as I never received a ticket number from edreams, t So basically you stole my 1450$ A formal complaint will be filed if I did not hear back"
